Safeguarding è definito come il processo di protezione delle persone vulnerabili, bambini e adulti, da molestie, abusi e sfruttamento. Gli obiettivi del Safeguarding sono quelli di garantire un ambiente sicuro e accogliente in cui tutti siano valorizzati e rispettati e congiuntamente disporre pratiche di prevenzione, contrasto e sanzione di qualsiasi condotta discriminatoria, forma di abuso e/o sfruttamento sulla persona, in ogni ambito, per ragioni di razza, origine etnica, religione, età, genere e orientamento sessuale, idee politiche, status sociale, disabilità e risultati delle prestazioni sportive.
Il nostro Gruppo Sportivo con delibera del Consiglio Direttivo del 01/07/2024, come previsto dal comma 2 dell’articolo 16 del d.lgs. n. 39/2021 e utilizzando le linee guida pubblicate dalla Federazione Italiana Atletica Leggera riconosciuta dal CONI, ha provveduto alla nomina del Dott. Eusebio Haliti quale Responsabile Safeguarding ed alla stesura ed adozione del Modello Organizzativo e di Controllo dell’Attività Sportiva e del Relativo Codice di Condotta.
